Accepted Methods of Payment:

• MASTERCARD

• E-TRANSFER (winnipegcharterservice@shaw.ca)

• A deposit of 15% is made when booking

• Payment is required one week before departure

Cancellations

• If trip is cancelled more then two weeks prior- full refund. If cancelled 1-14 days prior a $150.00 cancellation fee applies. If trip is cancelled day of trip a $350.00 cancellation fee applies.

  Who is Responsible for the accommodation of the driver?

  • The group usually books and pays for the driver’s room, as a group rate should apply.  If we need to book the driver’s room the rate would be added to our invoice
