What Methods of payment do you accept?
• We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and DISCOVER
Is a deposit necessary? What is the cost and when is it due by?
• A deposit of 15 % when booking is made
When is final payment required by?
• One week prior to departure
How does the refund policy apply?
• If trip is cancelled more then two weeks prior full refund. If cancelled 1-14 days prior a $ 150.00 cancellation fee charged. If trip is cancelled day of trip a $ 350.00 cancellation fee applies.
Who is responsible for the accommodation of the driver?
• The group usually books and pays for the driver’s room, as a group rate should apply. If we need to book the driver’s room the rate would be added to our invoice
What is required with US customs?
• The group must fax a list of passenger names, birthdates, passport #, destination and reason for visit to the Us Customs at least 48 hours prior to departure date.
